Woof Animal Rescue

Foster to Adopt Program
Our Foster to Adopt program allows an approved foster to take a dog home before all veterinary care is fully completed. If a dog is not yet up to date on required vetting, the placement begins as a Foster to Adopt arrangement. During this time, the dog remains under ownership of Woof Animal Rescue, and the adopter serves as the foster caregiver. The adoption fee & Agreements are due at the time the Adopter elects to proceed with the adoption. Payment of the adoption does not transfer ownership until all required veterinary care has been finalized by Woof Animal Rescue, once all required veterinary care has been completed the Foster to Adopt placement is finalized as a permanent adoption.
Foster to Adopt & Vetting Agreement

-
Adopter understands that this placement is a Foster-to-Adopt arrangement and that the animal remains the sole property of Woof Animal Rescue until all adoption requirements are completed and a final Adoption Agreement is signed.
